Looking for a specific wallpaper....

Hi everybody.
Few weeks ago I had to format my partition and all of my documents and my pictures went away

I couldn't back them up unfortunately. Now I have a slight problem. I had this favourite wallpaper and maybe someone knows what's it called.
It has white background and in the middle of the screen there are some computer "terminals" hanging from the top of the screen. They're hanging from the top to about 1/2 of the screen.

Can anyone help me, please....
