New DGM 0.66.70 - gets error 430 on the DGM's first use.

I just noticed that there is a new DGM (it downloaded immediately when I started the older one). It downloaded and went through a mandatory re-boot just fine, and restarted without any indication of error.
Then I decided to try it out by updating my copy of TCM. When it downloaded the first package, it finished with an error 430, followed by the usual "DGM had a severe error and is terminating" messages. I then restarted the DGM and uninstalled TCM and then installed all of the TCM packages without problem.
Although I failed to get the diagnostic data for the failure (I was confused about which directory to get the appropriate "debug.err" file from), the problem seems to be self correcting, if you have the patience to fight your way through it.
Cheers,
Jack
