Define "In Processing" and "Awaiting Moderation"

Hey, looks like what I am saying has to do with a section being worked on, but anyway, question:
Whats the difference between "In Processing" and "Awaiting Moderation?" Also, the "My skins" section has a few bugs.
If you have a wallpaper "Awaiting Moderation" than u cant see your current skins. Only ones "In Processing" and "Awaiting Moderation."
But randomly, the ones "Awaiting Moderation" will become "In Processing." and then go back to "Awaiting Moderation." Confusing ? yeah just wat I was thinking. Well, if this isn't a bug please let me know. I'm just trying to figure out if my submissions need to be re-uploded or watever. Cuz on one submission the preview uploaded wrong, then I re-uploaded it, and it worked fine and was accepted.

In my imagination, the term *in processing* is a kind of digital limbo where most uploads linger to collect all their pixels before they present themselves.  Once having done that they proceed on, either to the gallery if you have that sort of access or to the moderation queue if you don't.

In processing means "the beans are grinding". In Moderation means "You may not be able to have a cup of coffee today"
