The selection of social projects for the governers in the "Governer" window is hit and miss.

When building a list of social projects for the governers you go to the governer window and select them from the top list to be added to the bottom list (by governer name). But you have to alternate between a single click and a double click to get it to work (this may be only if you are just working straight down the list). It confused the heck out of me. It took a long time for me to figure out why it was moving two projects with only a double click.
