Question about skinning SysMetrix

Is there a way to use dual-state image w/ AM/PM state? I know you can do this for day/night cycle but apparently 2PM is a day 
so that doesn't quite work for me, and I couldn't find an option for AM/PM. Basically I'd like to make it so that depending on whether it's AM or PM a different image or text is displayed (in case of text it should be independent of actual time display).
