Funny Numbers

Anyone notice that some of the numbers in this game are a little odd. For instance population growth. You start off in 2178 with only 1 billion people. By 2189 it is easy to end up with ~60 billion people on a large map with rare habitable words. I seriously doubt that rabbits could pull that kind of growth off let alone people. Another problem with the game and its growth rates involve the alien civs. The had maybe 8 billion people apiece, that is much lower than the 60 billion people in my civ. Also the aliens never went to war. Basicly the growth rates need to be adjusted for all the players in the game. And why build a bother researching the world building tech when you can place your entire population on one transport. There needs to be limits on the amount of people you can move. These limits could be extended by researching certain techs, such as transport I, transport II, and so on. I am really enjoying this beta it has never crashed on me and this population problem is the only thing really bugging me so far.
