Minor Research bug

Somtimes I can put a new Research up 1 Turn bevor it says the research is finished. (i.E I Researched Phasers and could put up Energy Channeling 1 Turn bevor it says the research is finished) The old Research still finished at the next turn and I saved up 1 Turn of reserch for the next project.

So that's what is going on. I have noticed that if I investigate a research anomaly that the tech is finished that turn but I don't get the CNN for it until the next turn (and I get one turn's credit for another tech).

hm put a bit research into this bug and it looks like the Message comes up one turn to late most of the time. In the testgame I just played the research says it finished in 1 Turn but 1 Turn later the message dont camu that the Research is finished but I can set a new research goal, again 1 turn later the message that the research is finished finaly comes up. (This was at every research I watched at this game!)
