I need a quick explanation of a couple of the columns in the trade window.

Could someone please give me a quick explanation of these three columns in the description of the current trade routes: "Est.", "Turns", and "Value"? I would like to know so that I can see if there is anything there to test. The "Est." column always has "N/A" and after a route is establised the other colunns have two numbers separated by a "/".
