Hopefully fixes the crash on colonize problem.

Has a nicer end screen as well and a few other tweaks.

Just as an FYI, 1C crashed when i clicked on Peace Treaty in the Diplomacy window. Suddenly All the other races decided that I should be killed. Not fond of that.
