Still have problem with game!

I need some help fast please! :sniff!: I can't play my galciv game because it keeps crashing when I try to load a game that I've saved! People keep saying stuff about "mods" and such but,HOW AM I GOING TO FIND OUT WHAT THOSE "mods" DO ANY WAY!!!!!!! I mean I have asked for help before with this problem,but I still havn't had a direct anwser about how to fix it! I really need some help please! And I need an DIRECT anwser also please!!!

What version of GalCiv are you running?

I don't exactly know for sure,but I did download the bonuspack thingy.But no I don't know wich version I'm running. I am very sorry.

John, e-mail me your debug.err file.  It'll be in the same directory as the Gal Civ executable.

You can check your version with Stardock Central.  It will tell you what version you have installed.

Also, do you have a problem with new games as well?

So far I havn't had a problem with the new version,but I'm waiting to see.I did download the 1.05 version though and my problem has seemed to slow down a bit! Thank's :HOT: ;)
