Missing window after finished Social Project

Most of the time after I finished a Social Bilding I dont get the Window that it is finished. Thanks to this I have to view trough all my planets nearly every turn

Erm...you don't get any window in the event list? I've had it pop up a turn after the GNN. I'm still working on that one, but since it's not a crash, it's not my top priority.
