How do I get SmartExecption?

I have DeringNet Version 0.66.70 but it dont looks like I have this Programm on my computer and I also dont find where I can get it!

hmm...is the file that you downloaded dgm_066.exe? If you've just updated from an earlier version, it wouldn't get the SE files. If your DGM is working fine and you don't need to download the latest version, I can provide a link.

I have a problem with SmartException. No matter what text I type in the description - even a single letter - it always tells me that there is an illegal character. Any thoughts?

I updated the DeringNet some time in the past. Dont know the Version opf the Orginal File I loaded but the Desing never changed.
