Language bar

Does someone know if ther's a docklet for the Windows Language bar? I haven't been able to find it. Should I post this in the Requests sub-forum?

I'm looking for the same 'windows language bar' docklet!
Anyone out there done/doing one?
Currently simply have the Windows XP Language Bar 'restored' from the hidden taskbar. It sits in the centre of the top of the screen, though, and obscures window titles.
Unfortunately, I'm no programmer... but hopefully one of you bright sparks can come up with a solution!
