Second Chance

I guess this is my second chance,
a chance to right wrongs,
a chance to change myself,
a chance to sing new songs.

It's not coming easily, this second chance,
Nor will it ever be easy to change,
but I'm doing my best,
and I hope I get better by the day.

So I've found my well of patience,
so I'll wait however long it takes,
just to let you see that I'm different,
just to let you see that I'm better than I was.

I hope you can see it.
It will be hard for you,
because sometimes, these scars get in the way.

People who love you, truly, will always give you a second chance, because they love you ( no mater how unloveable you "think" you might have been) and because you deserve it. Things that are worth the effort are rarely easy. Have faith in your friend, she will see too.

Stephen Stills, "Time heals all so they say, I dunno" ~ I have a friend who specializes in removing scars, the big bad sort...that go right down to the core of one's being. This friend grants unlimited chances, just as long as it takes to heal your inside, your hurt. Now and then this freind even does a physical makeover, in extreme cases. My friend says Hi.

I don't believe in second chances. I believe that you should be able to forgive people no matter what they do.

This is going to be extremely rude of me, so I understand if you don't want to answer, but I've been loosely following the AC drama, and after reading this post and one other, I'm curious...are you back with Sam?

No, and no. I am not going back out with Sam, and will not. Especially now since she's started saying all those things about me... I guess I'm not to receptive of that kind of behavior, and I'm not especially fond of what she says anymore.

I would give you a second chance, b.c I believe that even though people feel chances are not great that you should do them. Chances is like forgivness, you should forgive people because it is the way you want to be treated. But somepeople, are harder to forgive b.c they have hurt you so badly, but soonier or later they will be forgiven.
