Minor Bug (reproducable bug)

I have colonized 5 planets at the Savgame I send in but only can access 4 of this planet if I use the left & right button at the planet view.

This savegame is send to CariElf in hope it will help to find the bug.

I also still need a loaction where I can get SmartExecption.
