Is their any Race modding program?

I have HawaiiFive-O's Galciv Writer mod maker it does just about everything but race editing. Anybody making a race modder?

It would be cool to change some of those race images and customize their alignments and such.

You mean the minor races?

The major's alignments are set at the start of the game afterall...

And It'd be nice if we actually had more control over their alignments too...
