Bonnell's Replacement Steps Down

Atari has announced that the Bruce Bonnell is back as Atari CEO, albeit only on a temporary basis. Bonnell has returned to his old position because his replacement, James Caparro, has resigned effective immediately. Caparro has left the company to take the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of Entertainment Distribution Corp., a division of Glenayre Technologies. Caparro was key in expanding Atari's children's games including the Backyard Sports series and various Nickelodeon adaptations. The Atari board has already begun the search for his replacement.
