Where are they?

Yes, old skins for IP and WB... Where can I find such here @ WinCustomize?

The old skins are right under the newer ones. You can just browse the WB and IP galleries and jump ahead several pages at a time until you get back far enough. They're all displayed in chronological order.

Also, once you're browsing a library, you can click on the box in the search area at the top of the page that says "DESC" and switch to to "ASC", then click Go. That will allow you to browse the library starting with the oldest skins first.
