That is very odd. You tried a .suite and what does it do?

Not sure what you mean about ads.

By 'ads' he may mean that sometimes postings in the forums have words which are underlined and when you hover over them, they contain explanations about some product or hotlinks to someplace. This phenomenon comes and goes.

What version of ThemeManager are you using? The problem you described sounds a little like the one that occured in older versions of ThemeManager.

Make sure that your version of ThemeManager is at least 2.2 (You can download the newest version here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Desktop-Enhancements/Themes/Theme-Manager.shtml ). If you are an ObjectDesktop subsriber just update through Stardock Central.

...and Frogboy, in case you're reading this, I belive that the download link on the Stardock website still points to ThemeManager 2004 (a version that no longer works).
