Change background on wallpaper

World of Warcraft Fantastic!

I do however wanted the wallpaper background to be black not sand color.
I change it in display but it reverts of reboots.

I am a real newbie....1 hour old.

Please advise!

If is for just the Windowblinds skin, open in SkinStudio. On left Explorer tree, miscellaneous-colors, on right,
miscellaneous-background desktop change to black save apply.
