Ships Not Moving

Have a game going in wich I had three Colony Ships that would not move after about 12 turns. This is a major concern with the AI's ship's colonize systems while my
ships just watch!

Lost 10 systems to this problem.

Galaxy Size is 15x15, Occasional Planets, Comfortable Level.

Does the problem described in the thread titled "Not all ships found -- not all ships moved with autopilot" look like the same problem you are having?
