World Building

One thing that I can't seem to do is build worlds. I have the technology and have even built doom stars in order to go do the work, but even I've researched tech to the beyond human stage, I can't figure out how to do it...

There is no such feature in the game. Tech names and tech descriptions like "Star Creation" are unfortunately misleading.

The Descriptions hold the key as to why you can't. At the end it says "unfortunately we lack the matter to.... Or "Now all we need to find is a star's worth of..... etc.

Oh, Okay - I was confused as I have a system that has useless worlds and I was spending a LOT of time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. I guess I better add this as a feature I DEFINITELY want added in the future.
