Accidental colonization bug

When having a colony ship in orbit, any time in the game you click on a uninhabited planet in that system it colonizes it. May be only when the colony ship takes the first "slot" in the list of orbited ships, dont know.

Would be better if you need to exit the system and then go into the system again to colonize a planet. Not that logical, but it takes away accidental colonizations.

Actually, there was a time when you had to make a ship leave orbit and then re-enter the star system to colonize a planet, and that was annoying. We could, however, put in an "Are You Sure" dialog that could be disabled. Or make it an option to not be able to colonize from within the system.

We will have a dialog come up that will ask "Are you sure you want to colonize name01?

We are also going to have a dialog for when you exit the game or overwrite a save game, these are thing that will be put in later of course.

The thing that annoyed me was that I was just clicking around. Did not select the orbiting colonyship or anything. That would be the natural way IMO, selecting the orbiting ship and then a planet to colonize it.
