Event list scroll bar does not stay with the list when an item is removed.

Back in January I commented that the scroll bar stayed where it was when the list was rebuilt and redisplayed. This problem is back with us on the Beta 1E build (I am not sure about previous beta builds). It shows up during improvement completion processing if you remove the event for the planet screen you are viewing (and, of course, you have to have more than 4 events).

So you're saying that the scrollbar isn't leaving when there's 3 or less events left? Or that it goes away even if there are more than 3 events left?

No. I am saying that with a large number of events (5 or more) that the scroll bar tab does not return to the top when the list does, as when an entry is clicked upon.
