Inside myself I look,
seeing a person I barely recognize,
angry, depressed, useless.
My parents are fighting,
the battle that I claim,
dark shadows lurking, emotions raging,
failing, drowning, dying.
No use in breathing, no use in living,
emotions fulfilled, now cascading, I must leave, must go away
Fading, darkness, nothing, gone.
