No skin preview

Please dont think me stupid but,,,, i cant get a preview of skins wether it is window blinds or any other part of the site , im new to computers and basically trying to run b4 i can walk, all i get 4 individual skins is the text, the star rateing and a blank box please help a poor innocent newbie T.I.A crazyspireite

should be a view tab near the top - not at home can't remember where - there are several view options - you may also be able to change the view by right clicking in the right side where the star and text are.
