Extra files

When you do a clean install, you need to make sure that no files were left in the directory. Our uninstaller doesn't always catch some of the files. If you have any of these files in your GalCiv directory, you should delete them:

Data\GCAnomolies.Anomoly
Gfx\playersetup.mtd
Gfx\resscr.mtd
Gfx\startscreen.mtd
Gfx\statusbar01.mtd
Gfx\playersetupbg.pcx
Gfx\anomaly2.mdl
Gfx\buttons.mdl
Gfx\planet02.mdl
Gfx\planets01.mdl
gfx\Planets03.mdl
Gfx\playersetup.mdl
Gfx\space02.tiles

Just whenever you're trying to unintsall/re-install. I've had more than one person tell me, "But I did a clean install" when they hadn't deleted those files and therefore they were still having problems.

Granted, our installer needs to be tweaked, but in the meantime it'll save all of us grief if you delete the files yourself.
