Is there an in-game tech tree?

One thing I've been searching for in the various screens is a way to tell what benefits there are for techs that I want to trade for. I don't have a handy list of what techs are what and when doing trades with aliens it would be nice to know what such and such tech does before trading for it. I can't remember all this myself and having an ingame tree reference would be very nice.

This is included in the summer expansion pack, which will be released for everyone in September. It is currently undergoing beta testing on Drengin.
