Ships with movement points that don't move

Has this problem been figured out yet? After the ship list crash bug, this is the one that bothers me the most.

We still have not seen the fix for the ship list crash bug which I had understood we would receive in the Beta 2 build.

Brad, there had been another instance of what was causing the shiplist crash, which I finally reproduced last week and fixed.
