If it would be possible I'd like the page to remember what we have or haven't already downloaded. And to make it possible to sort the files in relation to the date they were uploaded

Last I checked, it already can sort by upload date, although update date would probably be better (and is also sortable already, AFAIK). A single bugged data file can cause wierd problems in the game sometimes.
