What GalCiv-related processes are loaded automatically?

How many are there, and is there a way to stop these processes from loading automatically at Windows XP start-up? I know that there are at least two, but am wondering if there's a third. I'm having some problems on the boot drive I loaded the game/Drengin.net and am trying to track down the culpurits (not that I'm implying anything by the question!
