Ship list bug

Whenever I decomission a ship, and then go into the ship list and click on ships to see which of my ships haven't moved yet, I get a crash to the desktop. If after I've decomissioned the ships I save the game *and* load the game I don't get a crash.

I think this is another manifestation of the autopilot bug.

There was as bug where you could click on a ship in the ship list and have it crash, but that should be fixed in the next build.
