DesktopX Auto Start Issues

For the last few versions of DesktopX I have had this problem.
Under preferences I have unchecked the box to Run automatically when Windows starts.
DesktopX still continues to start when I reboot.

This is quite anoying as I don't want it to run without my launching it.
I know I can probably disable MCP Smart Startup in SDC, but I really shouldn't have to do that.
And before anyone asks... No, DesktopX is not in my Startup Group...

Which mode? user or builder.

It auto starts in User, however I do have it set to open in builder if I double click a .desktop or .dxtheme
