Improvement lists

Could you please make the improvement list ordered by either value or alphabetic? Currently I cannot understand what is ordered for... :(

Additionally ALL scroll arrows are slightly difficult to use. I'd apreciate if keeping the mouse clicked over it would continuously scroll. Currently it's click, click,click,click,click,click,click,click,... :VOMIT:

Currently they are mostly ordered by what effect they have, but it's a little inconsistent. I suggested earlier a set of small buttons with which you can filter out improvemts in the list by type (effect).

BTW, I'm sure that the AI has all those listings + statistics + rankings in realtime.... but we know Brad would give left & right arm to have a better than us AI.
We'll never be given those handy tool to sweep the galaxy from AIs LOL

I'm a very very evil man.

Those of you who know me know I'm a statistics fanatic. The AI in GalCiv is heavily statistically based.

I'll see about getting the stuff ordered alphabetically.
