Autohide problem

I am using ObjectDock with Win XP. I have set ObjectDock to autohide. I prefer using IE or Firefox in full screen mode. In full screen, when i move my mouse to the dock, it doesnt appear. I have to restore the window to use ObjectDock. Does anyone know a solution to this?

Thanks

You might try the following:

- Save your theme

- Unload ObjectDock Plus

- Go to "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock" (where "C" is the letter drive), and delete the ObjectDockPlus folder found there. Note - if you can't see Local Settings folder, you will need to open My Computer and go to "Tools > Folder Options > View tab", then select "Show hidden files and folders" > click "Apply"

- Restart ObjectDock Plus - which should start with the default theme (your firewall may alert you to ObjectDock.exe trying to access the internet, which is being accessed for the weather docklet included in default theme - you can safely allow access).

- Use Dock Settings to load your saved theme and check the auto-hide check box to make sure it is selected, then test the functionality of the dock.

The procedure I have outlined is called "clearing the cache", which forces ObjectDock to load the default theme and may help remove unwanted settings that are creating an issue.

Other than that, I have no good advice to offer at this time, other than to recommmend leaving the activation delay at the default setting and making sure to bump and hold screen edge long enough to show dock.
