noob question - where do i get plugins?

hey all.

just got DesktopX although i've had the trial verions already so kinda know my way around. I want to add my own digital clock to a widget i'm making but can;t find the plugin i need. Its in stardocks documetation (Link) but not in my installed version of DX (came as part of the Object Desktop suite)

Can anyone help here?
