Take-Two Opens to Investigation

Take-Two, the annoyingly highly controversial, could they be in the news more, publisher has announced that the FTC has begun its investigation. As reported yesterday the Senate voted to allow the FTC to investigate the company on allegations that Take-Two "intentionally deceived the Entertainment Software Ratings Board to avoid an 'Adults -Only' rating." Take-Two says that it is cooperating with the FTC and that they have acted "in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations."
