Anyone knows how to upgrade a established StarBase in a System?

Hi!

Just wondering how to upgrade a built starbase in a system.

Its not easy to plant it either... U have to select the Constructor and then say "Plant Starbase"... but nowhere can I select a "Upgrade existing Starbase".

Since Starbases are good systemdefenders, why not use them.

just make the starbase the destination of your constructor. it should prompt you when it gets there.
