Gamespot reports that the fabled Blizzard North division has shut its doors. The people at Blizzard North are responsible for creating and developing the award winning and recently patched Diablo series along with its expansions. Fear not Diablo fans, for the development team has been moved to Blizzard's HQ in Southern California where they are to "continue work on an unannounced project," which Gamespot believes is Diablo III. With numerous people from Blizzard North leaving to create new studios, such as ArenaNet and Flagship Studios, it seemed likely that something big would happen to Blizzard North. The move, which most employees have received a relocation package for, was decided on to "improve our efficiency as a company" stated Blizzard president and founder Mike Morhaime.
