go ahead and look. does it on more than firefox. in pain, winzip, basically anything that has that bar.

yeah, should give that shot 1st. If the skin was made with an earlier version it may not be completely compatible with a new version & vice verse

Looks like "myLonghorn" by The Sphynx.

Definitely made with a more recent version of WBlinds.

If your color is set to Highest (32 bit), then updating as Outlaw999 and Bichur suggest will be your best bet.
