Natural Desktop behavior

This morning I purchased and installed natural desktop. Since then I've watched the program behavior, read the users guide, and have the following questions:

1) Is the wallpaper supposed to change by time of day? I've only seen "summer morning" up to now. Does it change? If so, when and/or how often? Is it so subtle that I haven't been able to detect it?

2) I'm currently viewing a really orange, forested hillside scene. How can I get the lake scene (similar to https://www.stardock.com/brad/natura5.jpg)?

3) Is there a way to "test" the scenes under a variety of conditions (like the "preview" button on a screen saver) to watch the images change by time of day, or by weather type?

4) Rather than use a screen saver, I'd prefer my machine to display the natural desktop, but without the system tray, icons, windows, or the object bar. (This would make the screen look like a dynamic picture.) Can the Natural Desktop be converted to a screen saver with this behavior?

Thanks.

I should mention that the sun in the weather window is properly moving, and all settings on the Options screen are set to "Dynamic", and Wallpaper setting is "use default."

My wall paper got stuck yesterday - i right clicked desktop - properties - themes = it was on modified theme, i changed it to current theme & it started working.

haven't found a 'preview' option - try changing the zip for time and international - see if that causes any changes - (i'm not at home, can't play yet) I think it's tied to the zip/country code you put in {some one correct me plz}

no screen saver option - minimize windows, hide the icons, auto hide the tray

i couldn't tell if it's tied to time or relative to sunrise/sunset

i haven't had a chance to go in and look at the backgrouds folder, but if i recall correctly (prev ver) there were a few that appeared the same, except for the sun/lighting position - but that could be just brain damaged rambling

Has your wall changed yet?
How can I get the lake scene

you can do customize, but then it just stays (or used to) without changing.

Yes, my wallpaper has changed to SummerEvening. However, now I'm concerned - will I get that really cool Christmas tree (as advertised on the web site) when winter comes around? I'm looking forward to the lights and a bit of infrastructure - this nature scene will eventually get old ...

Ok - I took some time and searched for the graphics. Inside:

C:\Program Files\Stardock\DesktopGadgets\NaturalDesktop\AppData

are all the wall papers - including the Christmas tree (winter night.) I'm feeling better now.

It looks like I missed SummerDay.jpg this afternoon. I'll have to watch closer tomorrow to ensure things change.

can be disconcerting when you click your desktop at the same moment the wall changes - kinda makes you go.. oh crap what did i do?!
