I downloaded the Cottage Courtyard and can't seem to find it anywhere. Does this Screenshot come with a program that I need to download?

Screenshots just display the desktop in action of any particular user, they cannot be downloaded and applied [as you would with a skin]
The Cottage Courtyard screenshot displays a desktop using the Oxidized WindowBlinds. In this case you would need to download/purchase the WindowBlinds program aswell as the Oxidize skin, both available at www.stardock.com
Read the description on the screenshot to find the other items (IconPack, Rainy, etc)
