They look like a bunch of random icons from different sets. Perhaps even some recoloring in there.

Here is the IconPackage that contains many of the icons Link

Ideally, you would open the Icon Library with Icon Developer Link and then export the icons as ".png" images.

If not using IconPackager program, you can change the downloaded file extension from ".iptheme" to ".zip" and extract the Icon Library (".icl" file), then open with Icon Developer.

Why? ObjectDock uses ico files just fine.

I'm thinking he's just looking for ObjectDock, so he can have "icons like mac" .... the zooming dock.

Right-click the dock icon > Dock Entry Properties > Change Image button.
