What App is best to compress the Avi files for w/blinds progress animation?

hi..all....just need some suggestion on what software that very good in compressing Avi files..i see a lot of progress animation files here compress down to 14K instead mine are at 1M files with almost same frame count?

I like GIF Movie Gear. Just make your animation as a GIF, and use that to convert it. http://www.gamani.com/

Mike is correct..GIF movie gear works best. When I use animation shop the files are huge just like yours.

i like GIF Movie Gear also. it's a great program to use and it's not that expensive. go a head and buy it because you'll want to keep it. i did and had to go back and buy it when the trial expired.

GIF Movie Gear can import layered Photoshop files directly and export them as AVI.
