Selecting planets or ships from their respective lists is not working right.

Selecting a ship from the ship list or a planet from the planet list fails to complete the selection.

With ships the window is shifted to the selected ship but the "selected" square does not appear around the ship.

With planets the planet screen changes to the "clicked" planet but only some of the fields get changed. Of particular interest is that if I start with Earth which has soil enhancement, fusion power plant, and research lab completed and then select another planet which was just colonized and is only starting on soil enhancement as its first social improvement the social improvement selection list does not include the improvements already completed by Earth (that is, I suspect it has failed to change the improvement list to correspond to what this planet has not yet completed).

I forgot to mention that if you go the other way on the planet list the opposite happens, that is if you bring up the planet list and select a newly colonized planet and then select Earth that the social improvement llist for Earth includes improvements that are already completed. I am a bit afraid to try selecting a project that is already completed.

With the ships, it's intentional...otherwise, on ships that are on autopilot, it will make them start moving. I don't want to cancel the autopilot when they're selected. I did fail to make them display info in the ship data window, so I'll fix that.

I think that I've got the bugs with the social and military list displaying fixed.

Cari,

How about: If the ship is on autopilot don't select it but if it is not on autopilot select it.

Cari,

I see you are quite omniscient. The last suggestion I posted in this thread is working fine.

:) Well, I'm not quite omniscient, but I did code it that way to begin with, and I was fairly sure that I hadn't broken it.
