TND C++ Runtime Error

I have recently been experienceing a problem that occurs whenever I try to run The Natural Desktop. I get a message that says,

C++ Runtime Error!
[path of file]
Abnormal Program Termination

And then the program closes. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem?
