Windows xp shutdown menu changes to 98

Hi guys
I have just installed windows xp sp2, applied several tweaks including tweaks from autopatcher, tweakui and disable several services at startup. Well I think its a neat installation Finally after all, when I tried to restart my computer I found out my shutdown menu ( by pressing Turn off computer), which usually includes 3 button "standy, restart and shutdown" becomes a classic menu like windows 98 with a drop up menu. As a matter of fact it's not really a big deal but since I use some visual styles, this looks ugly. Can you guys please give me a hints or advice to regain the original shutdown menu. I also noticed that with this shutdown menu, windowblinds has to ending itself before computer shutdown which never happen before with the regular shutdown menu.
I did try go back and check all the tweaks i have done, but I couldn't find which is the one that caused this problem, and I dont want to reinstall windows again which is a pain in the arses. I really appreciate your help, guys.

Look in "Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users log on or off" - make sure "Use Welcome screen" is selected.

If not, select it and click Apply.

If it is selected, try toggling it by "deselecting > Apply > selecting > Apply".

If the Luna shell with rounded corners are not showing on the '98 style log-off, you have probably also disabled the Themes service.

If these do not work, you probably did something in "autopatcher", which I have not used, but I now have TweakUI, and have worked with Services, and do not recall any option that would disable the Welcome screen......, but I have been wrong before.

did the job, I tried to disable this option hoping that it would speed up my boot procedure but look like I have to reenable it again. Thanks once again.
