Survey ship - minor display problem with hitpoints

There isn't room in the hitpoint field to display the current and max HP for a survey ship that manages to reach triple digit hitpoints.

No such claim is intended :) but in my current game I still have my first survey ship running around and it's up to 139 hitpoints and there's only room in the display for ships with current HP / max HP values of more than 2 digits.

This symptom has been noted in another thread (with a few other situations that result in similar oddities notes by me). The ship HP in particular is the only one that would have much frequency though.
