Dead allies declaring war

Decided to finally invade the last planet of the Altarians and when I did both the Yor and the Arceans declared war on me due to them being allied with the Altarians. Only problem with this is both races had been eliminated midway in the game!!!!!!

I have already seen that behaviour and reported it. Mildly annoying.
