Not able to get Downloaded Themes to load

I have not used WB, except for a very long time ago. But I was looking at some themes greated by Gef the other day and decided to give WB a try again. I downloaded the WB from the main page... WB 4.6 shareware version, installed it and everything is good. I can load the themes that show up from that and they work fine.
So now I select download from the web and bring up Dark Professional, download it into into the WindowBlinds folder. Next I select load from disk, it shows up, but I get a error that no .uis ? file is located in the zip file.
I tried renaming the extension to .wba after I unzip it, double click and it installs, and I see the folder for dark pro and all the files inside but WB will not load it.
From the help file:
Skins will be installed to a subdirectory off the WindowBlinds directory. The name of the subdirectory must match the name of the .UIS file included in the .WBA/.ZIP skin package for the skin to show up in the list.
In Downloads that I have done so far, Dark Pro, LonghornX5-01, there seems to be no .uis file in either
Any Ideas ?
